The 2009 PSA-TEC conference, held in St. Charles, Illinois, was a success for Pelco and employees. Earning a prestigious PSA Security Network award, Pelco as well as several Pelco employees took home awards.

Pelco is the proud recipient of a 2009 PSA Star Award. This award is the result of member surveys on overall products, support, pricing, and service to the membership, recognising those PSA vendor partners who provide outstanding service and quality products.

Lisa Kenwood, Pelco Global Sales Operations Supervisor, Tracy Contreras, Pelco Strategic Account Specialist, and Mike Kunz of Pelco Manufacturer's Representative firm R.W. Kunz and Associates, were acknowledged individually. Lisa Kenwood and Tracy Contreras earned awards for their excellence in Customer Service/Support. Mike Kunz was recognized for his outstanding field rep support.

Adding to the success was the impressive Pelco Mobile Product Showcase, a Pelco booth featuring Sarix megapixel camera systems, and Endura 2.0 HD video management, as well as highly rated training classes.

"The training classes were well attended, the MPS looked great and there were plenty of technically savvy hands on deck to get the IP message out and effectively demonstrate our great products," says Pelco Director of Strategic Accounts, Carole Dougan.

Pelco is proud to partner with PSA and is looking forward to another year of providing quality products backed by the industry's most exemplary customer service.
