Sherri Thomas’s Leadership and Contributions
Sherri Thomas helped shape Camelot Secure’s channel business by launching its Partner Ecosystem ProgramOver the past year, Sherri Thomas has been instrumental in shaping Camelot Secure's channel business, notably through the launch of the Camelot Secure Partner Ecosystem Program. This initiative aims to enhance market positioning, boost demand generation, advance technical product development, and broaden the reach of the company's Secure360 platform among partners and clients.
Thomas has successfully engaged with federal, commercial, academic, and ecosystem partners to build and scale channel relationships. Her strategic partnerships involve working with key industry figures such as CEOs, CISOs, and CIOs to share cybersecurity best practices. Collaborations with tech giants like IBM and Google, along with academic alliances with Duke University, Syracuse University, and Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs), have been pivotal in her strategy.
Future Objectives and Goals
Looking forward, Thomas’s objectives for 2026 include promoting the adoption of the Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Level 2 across the Defense Industrial Base (DIB). With CMMC now essential for Department of Defense (DoD) contract eligibility, the focus is on guiding partners from basic awareness to full audit readiness.
At the core of this agenda is the Camelot Secure360 platform, which aims to streamline certification processes and assist companies within Camelot Secure's Partner Ecosystem to comply with DoD's stringent requirements, thereby sustaining their competitive position in the federal sector.
"This CRN recognition underscores the importance of collaboration in today’s cybersecurity landscape," remarked Thomas. "By strengthening our partner ecosystem and expanding the reach of our Secure360 platform, we're helping organizations reduce complexity and stay ahead of increasingly sophisticated threats."
