Videonetics Technology (India), the leader in platform independent enterprise class ‘Intelligent VMS’ technology is pleased to announce a licensing agreement with Next Level Security Systems. Videonetics ‘Intelligent Video Analytics’ technology is now integrated into the award-winning NLSS Gateway.
Videonetics technology has emerged after three years of extensive research in the domain of image, video and signal processing, AI and computer vision. Incorporation of intelligent video analytics technology will allow the NLSS Gateway to detect cases of intrusion, trespassing, theft, illegal parking and like, and alerting the security personnel to take appropriate actions in time. Videonetics technology can analyze real time video of a complex scene using a low computational bandwidth, which will allow users to connect more cameras for real time analysis. Critical public places, residences, shops or retails can be fully protected. The entire suite of intelligent video analytics applications is now included as a standard feature on the GW-500, GW-3000 and GW-5000.
The Analytics engine deploys unique scene learning and scene modeling technique, which is invariant to the type of camera sensors and shot noises. It works alike for color, monochrome, infrared and thermal imagery. The technology can also be used for forensic analysis where the video comes from a recorded video file.
