Nedap AEOS Security software

Nedap Camera Storage software companion enables multiple camera services to be connected to the same Camera Storage. It defines the location where the data is to be stored and also the period of time during which the data is stored, afer which the data is deleted.

Extended Entrance Package is a license package for an extended door/turnstile, including: Turnstile control for direction control IN, OUT including: Standard access point , Badge reader, 2nd badge reader, Door monitor, Emergency unlock, Manual override and Booking contacts. Anti-Passback function for providing one-card, one-way access into and then out of a secure area. It prevents someone from using a card to enter a secure area and then passing that card back to someone else to enter that same area.

Nedap AEOS Intrusion Zone is used to connect a detector /zone in AEOS. Herewith intrusion detection becomes an integral part of the AEOS Security Management Platform. A detector can have multiple statuses (e.g. Alarm, Tamper, Sabotage, Anti-Masking). If Intrusion is fully integrated or if the stand alone intrusion panels are connected to the AEOS system this licence is required per detector/zone.

Nedap AEOS Enrolment functionality license in combination with an enrolment station allows registration of person-related biometric identification data based on its attributes. The user interface is fully integrated in AEOS and actual registration is based on the software used by the Enrolment Station.

Anti Passback (APB) function per Access Point. To provide one-card, one-way access into and then out of a secure area. It prevents someone from using a card to enter a secure area and then passing that card back to someone else to enter that same area. A distinction can be made between Soft APB (only registration of APB errors), Hard APB (function described above) and Timed APB (APB status will be reset automatically after the stated time).
