3xLOGIC, Inc., a globally renowned provider of integrated, intelligent security solutions has announced that it has been busy moving into new office spaces in the midst of these challenging times. If moving wasn’t enough, a dedicated team has completed a re-launch of a new 3xLOGIC website, which went live on July 8th, 2020. 3xLOGIC new offices General Manager of 3xLOGIC, Inc., Brad McMullen, gave a virtual tour (by phone) of the new offices and other spaces. Brad said, “Our new facilities have twice the manufacturing and warehouse space to enable us to expand capacity in line with our rapid growth. Given the current reality, there is a limited number of staff using the new offices, but plans are complete for our expanded team to move in once the time is right.” The offices boast many new capabilities compared to the old space, which includes expanded office space for a Marketing studio, product development teams, customer meeting rooms, and an open floor plan to increase efficiency for the technical and inside sales teams. While the new offices are being readied for the eventual move-in, 3xLOGIC is continuing to invest in resources to further build brand and expand sales. New 3xLOGIC website goes live The new 3xLOGIC website went live just recently after a number of busy months spent doing a total overhaul of the old site. “The new site is focused on the end user experience,” commented Suzi Abell, Senior Director of Marketing at 3xLOGIC, Inc. Suzi adds, “Our former site had a real integrator focus and it served our purposes quite well. The new site allows us to actively tell our story to the end user community as well to drive demand to our integration partners. Our goal was to create a tool that offers value to both the end-user and the integrator.” Live Chat function One of the most exciting new features is the ‘Live Chat’ function. “We want to connect with customers in real-time, getting them the answers and information they need now and from the right expert,” explained Abell. The overall user experience on the new site is greatly improved, in part powered by the site’s Mobile Responsive design, rather than detecting a specific browser or device type, the website automatically orients itself based on the screen size of the device. A combination of reformatting and re-optimizing the site as a whole gives it a practical flexibility that is on par with the best sites in the industry. Expanded ‘Where to Buy’ section There is also an expanded ‘Where to Buy’ section, which highlights 3xLOGIC’s fast-growing network of valued integrator partners. Abell adds, “Our integrators are the lifeblood of our business and now we are providing top-level service and information to those partners, as well as a memorable web experience to the many thousands of potential end users we serve.”

The company added two new RSMs to further penetrate key markets in the Pacific NW as well as the Mid-Atlantic regions and appointed a new Marketing Manager for the PACOM brand of products. 3xLOGIC Adds Security Expert 3xLOGIC welcomes Joel Dombovy as a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) in the Northwest 3xLOGIC welcomes Joel Dombovy as a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) in the Northwest. Joel comes to the company with 14 years of security industry experience, working with companies such as Interlogix, GE Security, and Honeywell. John Saxen will support Joel as the Inside Sales Account Manager for the region. Jake Franklin takes over as RSM for the Mid-Atlantic. He joins the company from RF Technologies, a safety solutions company in healthcare where he was RSM for the Northeast. Prior to that, he worked as Critical Infrastructure Account Manager & Sales Representative at a security integration company. Jake’s passion for technology and previous security experience make him an excellent addition to 3xLOGIC’s powerful sales team. Bill Hobbs, Global VP of Sales for SPS, announced that both Joel and Jake will report to Jason Bryan, Director of Sales. PACOM Expands Marketing Team Jennifer Joyce is the new Marketing Manager for PACOM, sister company of 3xLOGIC, as the company continues to expand efforts in the North American to market the wide range of PACOM solutions that have found success all over the world. She brings more than 25 years of marketing and design experience to the team. Her global marketing experience began with Firestone Industrial Products and Jennifer most recently spent her time in digital marketing as Marketing Director for Orbis Education. She will report to Suzi Abell, Senior Director of Global Marketing, SPS. Gavin O’Keeffe has been promoted to Director of Product Management Elsewhere in the larger SPS organization Charlie Erickson has a new title reflecting his growing responsibilities—Chief Technology Officer. He continues to oversee Product Management as his team continues to expand. Reporting directly to Charlie, Michael Poe has been promoted to Director of Product Management. He will be leading the Video, Blue, DIY, and TRENDS products lines. Rick Walker will be aligned under Poe’s leadership. New PAC, PACOM, infinias Head Also reporting to Charlie, Gavin O’Keeffe has been promoted to Director of Product Management, and he will be leading the PAC, PACOM, infinias, and Sonitrol product teams. We also welcome Darren Monroe, Product Manager for infinias to Gavin’s team. Darren will work in the 3xLOGIC office in Indianapolis and Gavin works out of the PACOM Australia office. Drew Alexander continues as Sr. Director of Program Management, and he will continue to add Program Managers to his team to facilitate a growing list of product launches and business initiatives.

Onsite And Online Training Courses Under the leadership of new Training Manager, Brandon Harless, the company continues to make significant investments in upgrading and expanding training resources during 2019. Harless is a highly motivated, dedicated Learning and Development professional. With over 15 years in the technology industry, he brings a vast array of experience. Roles in leadership, personnel management, project management, and training development and delivery have helped construct his professional DNA. Harless has taught overseas, in the classroom, and for the last 10 years has been training in the corporate environment. He will be based in the company’s Indianapolis office. Online trainings for both VIGIL and infinias will be offered throughout the year for added convenience In 2016, 3xLOGIC training staff built two comprehensive training programs for 3xLOGIC VIGIL video and infinias access control and succeeded in getting both certified by BICSI for greater student value. The onsite training programs will be offered up to 16 times at 6 different locations throughout the US until the end of November 2019. Online trainings for both VIGIL and infinias will be offered throughout the year for added convenience. Access Training Materials “Training and product education is a key differentiator for us,” commented Suzi Abell, Senior Director of Marketing for 3xLOGIC. “In addition to Brandon, we have added a Learning and Development Strategist to aid us in broadening our scope of education.
