As CEO of Paxton Access Ltd, Adam leads the board of directors in managing the company and establishing strategy. This includes the key business areas of product development, sales, manufacturing, logistics, customer support and finance. As Group Chief Executive, Adam is responsible for overseeing the strategy for all companies in the Paxton group. These include Gendis Ltd (an engineering company specializing in bespoke projects and niche markets), Paxton Inc (US sales and support office) and Paxton GmbH (German sales and support office).
