The launch of Priority Plus shipping in Europe is a natural extension of the company's "Customer First" initiative and Genuine HID™, whose joint mission is to enhance customer value by delivering superior quality and customer service that reinforces the long-standing customer trust in HID products and solutions.

"The new Priority Plus Credential Service is available for all orders received effective October 27, 2009 for customers within the European Union. Each order will be shipped within 2 business days after receipt of a purchase order, complete card ordering information and HID Global order acknowledgement. Qualifying orders automatically receive the Priority Plus free of charge service, with the exclusion of HID's 24-hour cancellation/change policy on eligible orders to ensure speedy delivery."
