Axis Security adds David Riley to its kitty of experienced security professionals
David's role is to build on Axis Security's early success
David Riley has been appointed as the new North East Commercial Manager for Axis Security, the nationwide manned guarding and electronic security business that last month opened a regional operations centre in Newcastle. David has previous management experience within the security industry with Chubb and Reliance.

Axis Security, one of the UK's fastest growing manned guarding businesses, is well-known for providing high-level security for a number of prestigious organizations in the area including Rolls Royce, Komatsu, and various parts of the local NHS. David says that his role is to build on the company's early success: "Axis has an enviable reputation throughout the country for the quality of service it delivers," he says. "It has a culture of building long-term relationships both with its clients and its employees, and that is a model that is already being well received locally."

David's first task is to actively recruit more officers to the team: "Our officers receive one of the most comprehensive and competitive benefits packages within the manned guarding industry," he says, "and this helps us to recruit and retain some of the very best, and enjoy one of the lowest attrition rates ever. Now we need to increase the size of the team to meet a growing demand."
