Generation3 Capital, LLC, in partnership with WF Security Fund, L.P., an affiliate of Waveland Investments LLC, is pleased to announce the acquisition of controlling interest in Avrio Group Surveillance Solutions, LLC of Easton, MD, a premier provider of IP-Surveillance solutions.

Avrio is the newest company in the Gen3 and WF Security Fund portfolio, joining RMS Technology Solutions, LLC as the second provider of turnkey wireless security solutions for municipalities and organizations with wide area surveillance needs. Avrio's product offerings and services includes network video recording and playback, content analysis and video intelligence, systems integration, wireless and mobile surveillance.

Avrio is well respected and accepted in the marketplace, having successfully completed numerous high profile projects.  In 2008 Avrio deployed surveillance systems for the City of Denver to protect the Democratic National Convention; the City of St. Paul to protect the Republican National Convention; the City of Phoenix to protect the Super Bowl; Department of Homeland Security Customs and Border Patrol to protect the Northern and Southern Borders and for many other important customers. In addition, in 2009 they worked with Federal Protective Services to protect the 2009 Presidential Inauguration.
