Samsung Techwin and PSA Security Network launch Net Tech Support
Owners of electronic security buying cooperative will provide technical support for Samsung IP cameras
Samsung Techwin America, a global supplier of video surveillance products combining superior performance and value, announces the availability of Net Tech Support through the PSA Security Network of security systems integrators. Owners of the world's largest electronic security buying cooperative will now provide network technical support for Samsung's suite of network (IP) cameras as one facet of Samsung's new strategic partnership with PSA Security Network.

"Service and support are key components of delivering value effectively to end-user markets, and Samsung is partnering with PSA Security Network to ensure the highest levels of network technical support," said Samsung Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing Frank DeFina. "Customer support is a critical benefit of our new partnership with PSA Security Network and a key aspect of Samsung's Vision 2010. We are pleased to be able to leverage the networking expertise of PSA Security Network's systems integrators."

PSA Security Network, based in Westminster, Colorado, includes owners who specialize in the design, installation, integration and maintenance of access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, and fire and life safety systems. PSA Security Network's owners combine their purchasing power and the resources of manufacturers like Samsung to provide customers with the benefits and personal attention to detail of locally-owned companies.

"I am excited about the benefits this added support will bring to the markets that PSA serves," said Bill Bozeman, President and CEO of PSA Security Network.

Additional systems that have recently been introduced to the marketplace include: Samsung's i-Polis access control systems that integrate with the company's recording solutions; intrusion detection and alarm systems that integrate seamlessly with the company's video surveillance and access control solutions; and a military grade robotics system to get close to the action without putting personnel in harm's way.
