Bold Communications provide IT Solutions to Alarm Receiving Centres (ARC) worldwide
Samson Security has selected Bold Gemini as their new alarm monitoring solution
Samson Security, Merseyside's only independent Gold NSI accredited RVRC, has selected Bold Gemini as their new alarm monitoring solution. Samson has been providing remote video response services, CCTV design, planning, installation, as well as key holding, alarm response and manned guarding since the Company was established in 1996. Clients include a full range of organization types including public sector authorities like Warwickshire Police and Liverpool City Council.

Having already invested to create a successful accredited remote video receiving facility, Samson were keen to ensure that their new alarm monitoring services were of an equally high standard. Bold's Gemini solution was selected not only on the basis of its usability and functionality but also because it is backed up by a company who manage all their software development in-house and who have 28 years experience in the central station business. Developed using all the latest Microsoft technologies and supporting the widest range of third party security products, Gemini was a finalist at the 2009 IFSEC Innovation Awards and is the most popularly used multi-product integrated security monitoring platform in the UK.

John Richards, Managing Director of Samson Security quotes "For many years Samson Security has adopted a policy of not just meeting legislative and quality requirements but to exceed them. As part of Samson's aim to be the total security service provider, the final piece in the jigsaw was the inclusion of an alarm monitoring facility. In keeping with Samson's NSI Gold ‘State of the Art' RVRC standards, we felt that the only alarm monitoring solution that fully met our requirements was the Bold Gemini system. As a result, Samson Security can now truly provide an array of services that few national companies would be able to provide without outsourcing. Together, Samson and Bold are the perfect combination."
