A governmental security agency that was established by decree number 12/2016 by HH Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates and Ruler of Dubai under a mission to regulate the private security sector, and promote excellence of protection and security in the city through highest international standards of security services, systems and professional cadre.
