The VS-8-4 switches eight video signal inputs and four high-speed, buffered outputs into the Continuum system. Each output has a voltage gain of two and is capable of driving 75W back-terminated lines. Up to eight surveillance cameras and four video monitors or VCRs can be connected to a single VS-8-4 module. A VS-8-4-T model, which provides a date/time-stamping and/or text-stamping option on live or recorded images, is also available.
