Mr. Harry Dhaul

Mr. Harry Dhaul is Director General of Security Watch India. He is the founder and director general of The Independent Power Producers Association of India (IPPAI), and has over 25 years of experience in the power and infrastructure sectors. Due to his extensive experience and knowledge of the energy sector, Mr. Dhaul has also been a consultant/advisor to the Ministry of Power, Planning Commission and other Regulatory bodies and has participated in several ministerial delegations for attracting investment in the Indian power sector from 1992 onwards when the Government of India invited the private sector to invest in power generation. He has also been on the Planning Commission consultative committee for the 8th and 9th five year plan of the Central Electricity Authority.
