After a successful participation in the trade fair for Security, Safety and Fire Protection in 2018, SeeTec will exhibit again at Intersec 2019. There, the company will again be presenting its latest video management software products for a wide range of application areas and industries. The first show of the year will also be the perfect venue to present the brand-new functionalities of the latest SeeTec release R13 to customers and partners for the first time. Advanced Video Solutions Kaj Svenningson, Vice President Business Development, explains: “The positive feedback from visitors of the 2018 show as well as the projects that were initiated there proved that it was the right strategic decision to present our video management software solutions on site to our ever-growing customer base in the Middle East. As an additional benefit, our booth also gives our local partners in Dubai the ideal platform to welcome their customers.” From 20 – 22 January 2019 interested visitors will be able to get in touch with the new functionalities of SeeTec Cayuga R13 on booth SA-B41 From 20 – 22 January 2019 interested visitors will be able to get in touch with the new functionalities of SeeTec Cayuga R13 on booth SA-B41 at the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre. In addition, all presentations highlight how advanced video solutions can become an essential part of security and business ecosystems. Interact With Third-Party Systems “A focal point of our presentation this year will be how easy software from SeeTec can interact with third-party systems to form a holistic security solution. It’s this flexibility either to work in the front of your solution or as a component in the background, adding the power of video into your processes, that sets SeeTec apart.” states Andreas Conrad, Marketing Director at SeeTec. He further added, “Our SeeTec Business Video Intelligence (BVI) range of products, which will also be presented in Dubai, takes this idea even beyond security applications. With SeeTec BVI, customers can combine video data and business processes, e.g. in logistics, transportation or retail, in order to safeguard their processes and to make better decisions for the future.”
Having created an integration between their products Gallagher Command Center and SeeTec Cayuga, Gallagher Security, leading manufacturer of intruder alarm and command center solutions, and SeeTec, pioneer in video management software, announce a technology partnership. The connection of both software products enables customers to evaluate situations based on a synopsis of event and video data, allowing a faster and more targeted response to critical incidents. Thus, SeeTec Cayuga can receive and display events from Gallagher Systems, for instance “access granted” or “door opened”. In return, live and archive videos from cameras operated with SeeTec Cayuga can be displayed in Gallagher Command Center, including the possibility to control PTZ cameras. Integrated Security Solutions Since there is a clear trend of applications in security ecosystems growing together more and more, the technology partnership is a further important step towards providing integrated security solutions. Kaj Svenningson, VP Business Development at SeeTec, is happy about this new level of cooperation, stating “Especially in Middle East and Asia we see rapidly growing project sizes. Installations with thousands of cameras have become the new standard, and especially those projects require an overall view, which combines information from various subsystems.” Rob Hughes, Product Manager - Custom Solutions at Gallagher, adds: " The integration of SeeTec increases operational efficiency by ensuring Command Center operators have the critical information they require for incident management readily available within the one system."
At Intersec 2018 in Dubai, SeeTec will be presenting video management applications for a wide range of areas and industries. The focus will be on solutions, with the new SeeTec Cayuga R11 product version presented to customers and partners in themed areas covering various real-life inspired user scenarios. Product Demonstrations Kaj Svenningson, Vice President Business Development, is looking forward to welcoming customers and prospects on the 50 sqm SeeTec booth: “The Middle East has become a major market for SeeTec in the past years. The projects that we realize here are of a scope that have created a visibility for us that reaches far beyond just the gulf region. And Intersec as the leading regional trade fair is mirroring the importance with its own growth towards a show of a really global scope.” The focus of the presentation in the Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Centre on booth SA-A41 will be five hands-on stations that will not only showcase the video management functionalities of SeeTec Cayuga R11 but also demonstrate, how the software becomes an essential part of security and business ecosystems. Intelligent Video Management “The new trend of adding “intelligence” to the video feeds recorded and managed through SeeTec software will be visible in a dedicated area for Video Analytics as well as our SeeTec Business Video Intelligence (BVI) range of products. Here, we will show how SeeTec can help our customers to link video data to business processes, e.g. in logistics, transportation or banking to safeguard their processes and to make better decisions for the future.”, Andreas Conrad, Marketing Director at SeeTec, explains. “We are constantly striving to provide added value to our customers with our software solutions. We want to show that modern video management technology can be the basis of much more than just remote observation of assets, restricted areas and public space.”
