Eco-Friendly Maglocks By CDVI Group Lead The Market

CDVI Group, a global pioneer in access control solutions, is expanding its commitment to green technology with the launch of a wider range of low-consumption maglocks. Following the successful release of the V3SR series earlier in 2024, this latest launch introduces even more maglock models designed with the same focus on energy efficiency, reinforcing CDVI Group’s ongoing sustainability initiative. Low-consumption Maglock These new maglocks build on the success of the V3SR series and significantly reduce power consumption without compromising quality. By incorporating low-energy designs across a broader selection of models, including maglocks with 300 kg and 500 kg holding force, CDVI Group continues to set industry standards in balancing performance, security, and sustainability. The low-consumption Maglock series offers up to 40% energy savings annually, translating into significant cost reductions for end users. Sustainably produced aluminum This eco-friendly production process significantly lowers the carbon footprint to just 4KG of CO2 per KG of aluminum In addition to reducing power consumption, the V-series maglocks and magnetic architectural handles are manufactured using specially produced aluminum made with renewable energy. This eco-friendly production process significantly lowers the carbon footprint to just 4KG of CO2 per KG of aluminum, compared to the global average of 17KG. This choice ensures our products remain as strong, reliable, and secure as ever while actively contributing to our sustainability goals. Energy efficiency "At CDVI Group, our commitment to sustainability is driving innovation across our product range. We believe that energy efficiency does not mean compromising on quality," said Paul Ramsay, Global Marketing Director, CDVI Group.  "The expansion of our low-consumption maglock range demonstrates how we are actively transforming our products to align with our vision for a more sustainable future." A broader sustainability commitment Throughout 2024, CDVI Group is prioritizing sustainability by reviewing manufacturing processes. Products are being made lighter to reduce transportation fuel, and internal components are designed for energy efficiency. Additionally, as part of a Group-wide initiative, CDVI is transitioning to solar energy by installing solar panels across its facilities.
