This acquisition aligns with CGI's global strategy to invest in strong, innovative products to enhance its portfolio Chamberlain Group, Inc. (CGI), announced recently the acquisition of two Antech Guardian affiliates, based in Tucson, Arizona. The affiliates, Guardian Traffic Systems (GTS) and Guardian Gate Hinges (GGH), are both part of Antech's Perimeter Access Solutions offerings. Diversifying Product Offerings The GTS line will support CGI's LiftMaster brand by diversifying the LiftMaster product offering, adding road spikes, traffic barriers and systems to its current line of Perimeter Access Solutions. "The Chamberlain Group is excited about the opportunities this acquisition presents," said Bob Markwart, President, LiftMaster Americas. "The GTS and GGH acquisitions will increase our total product offerings in Perimeter Access Solutions, enabling us to continue to provide our customers with innovative and high quality products."
