CCTV Specialist Dedicated Micros - part of AD Group - has unveiled a six month ‘no quibble' exchange policy on selected products purchased through its UK and European distribution partners on or after 1 March, 2007.

The move, which underlines the company's industry-leading commitment to customer satisfaction, service and quality, applies specifically to all DS2, DV-IP Servers, BX2 and DS2 Server products.

Pauline Norstrom, Worldwide Head of Marketing at Dedicated Micros, said:  "We are committed to providing our customers with the best possible back-up and support.  The new policy is a key element of this and means that if our customers are in any way dissatisfied with a DS2, DV-IP Server, BX2 or DV-IP Server - within six months of purchase - we will automatically replace it with a brand new unit."

For more information on the six month ‘no quibble' exchange policy and how to receive a replacement unit, customers should visit the Dedicated Micros website.
