The TRANSIT Reader is a long range vehicle identification reader with a built-in antenna and a wide variety of interfaces to ensure seamless and flexible integration into existing or new management applications. The TRANSIT readers enable automatic identification of AVI tags from distances up to 10 meters [33 ft] and at speeds up to 200 km/h [125 mph]. The TRANSIT Standard readers have a weatherproof protected housing and continue to operate reliable under harsh environmental conditions. The TRANSIT Readers work with a large variety of card technology and tags, allowing for integration with almost any access control system in the market.
