March Networks™ (TSX:MN; AIM:MNW), a leading provider of IP-based video surveillance solutions, announced today that it has signed a multi-million dollar agreement with a global systems integrator to deliver mobile video surveillance to a large transit authority.

The agreement will see the March Networks mobile systems installed across the authority's entire bus fleet in a rollout expected to be completed by mid-2008.  The fleet currently serves millions of passengers each year in a major, international city.

The solution will enable the transit authority to enhance rider and staff safety, deter theft and vandalism, reduce risk and improve operational efficiency.  It will also provide high quality video evidence to help the authority address security incidents.  The solution includes advanced enterprise video management software supported by wireless connectivity, integrated onboard systems including GPS, and video recording devices designed specifically for demanding mobile environments.

"The world's leading transit operators are committed to deploying proven mobile video solutions to safeguard passengers and operations," said Peter Strom, President and CEO of March Networks.

"This customer win is another example of March Networks' ability to address the global transportation security market."
