McKinney, an ASSA ABLOY Group company, announced the introduction of its two-knuckle Square Barrel hinge that combines a slim, crisp appearance with high-quality construction.

“Our new Square Barrel hinge is perfect for architectural and designer applications where customers are looking for something that’s a little more distinctive,” said Dave Higginson, ASSA ABLOY. “It matches perfectly with decorative levers and trim sets from CORBIN RUSSWIN or SARGENT and square pulls and accessories from ROCKWOOD, to create a total look that’s clean and elegant.”

The McKinney Square Barrel hinge (model SQ3331) is available in polished brass; oil rubbed bronze, polished nickel, satin nickel, polished chrome and satin chrome to match any décor. Ideal for commercial and residential use, the ends of its barrel are flush with the ends of the hinges. The bearing contains an anti-friction component for smooth operation.

The Square Barrel hinge is available in standard weight hinges and is recommended for use on interior or exterior hollow metal and wood frame doors of offices, restaurants and recreational facilities.

This hinge is a component of ASSA ABLOY’s Good Design Studio. For more information, please visit www.thegooddesignstudio.com.
