QuaesTel Telekommunication installed Intellio cameras to secure ETO Park Football Stadium

ETO Park Football Stadium, the first multifunctional center of Hungary and Central-Eastern Europe, is a huge new tourist attraction capturing the attention of visitors coming from Budapest to Gyor. Renovated a few years ago according to the strict regulations of the UEFA, the stadium can now accomodate international matches and has been supplemented with a spectacular leisure center, a mall, an office building and a 4-star hotel. The property of QUESTOR Group is secured by Intellio cameras.

Every bit as complex as its functionality, the protection of the facilities was implemented using intelligent Intellio cameras by the installer company QuaesTel Telekommunication Ltd. The first section completed was a football stadium of 15000 spectators fulfilling UEFA standards. Securing the premises required a great deal of careful planning, since matches are attended by thousands of visitors, and so are the 40.000 m2 shopping mall and the entertainment facilities.

Assisting the operators Intellio's new development allows for displaying the interlinked cameras on a 3D map, effectively visualizing the security system of the entire premises. Any architectural plan, map or 3D model of the facilities can be imported to the system, then the location of stable or PTZ cameras can be pinpointed on the map. The camera icons can be tilted and rotated on the map in order to tilt and rotate the physical cameras. When navigating the cursor over each camera, the operator sees the zoomable image of the particular camera. In case of multiple premises in one single system, each of these can be included in the application with each camera displayed individually on the 3D map.

Indoor areas can be also observed while the camera positions can be displayed and tilted on the imported maps. Each of the three stories of the mall can be viewed separately on the client software, after selecting the necessary camera on the map. The application allows for quick identification and selection of the cameras, shortening the response times in case of alert.
