This session focuses on the Optimize stage of the Maturity Model for Corporate Security. The Optimize Stage is the most common and often targeted stage of maturity for a corporate security department. In this stage, there are defined processes in place, and teams are taking preventative measures to limit the recurrence of incidents and are starting to actively look ahead for them.
