William F. Taylor

William F. Taylor is the President at The International Association of Campus Law Enforcement Administrators (IACLEA). He has also served as the Southwest Regional Director at IACLEA. He is the Chief of Police at San Jacinto College in Pasadena, Texas. Prior to his role at San Jacinto College, he held positions as Chief of Police and Director of Public Safety at Rice University in Houston, Texas and Chief of Police at Washington University in Saint Louis, Missouri. He has continually been involved in law enforcement professional associations on the local, state, national and international levels.
