System Integration Section Manager and Cyber Security Lead, Burns & McDonnellFred Terry is the System Integration Section Manager and Cyber Security Lead for Burns & McDonnell Engineering. He has over twenty years of experience with systems, networks, and cyber security and has helped state and local agencies, utilities, the Department of Defense, and private sector clients. He specializes in the integration of systems and the defense of computing, industrial controls, and SCADA systems. He has managed large scale security system integration projects at the Pentagon in highly secured environments where data flow is tightly controlled and all systems must be hardened against attack. Most recently, he has built secure control systems networks for microgrids on DoD installations and verified that those networks are secure during penetration testing exercises. He serves on the PSA Cybersecurity Executive Advisory Board.
