Redshift Joins Integrity360's Cyber Security Team

Continuing its global expansion plan, and its commitment to the African continent, Integrity360 has acquired Redshift, a well-established and highly regarded cyber security services company operating out of Johannesburg in South Africa.  The terms of the transaction were not disclosed. The acquisition comes on the back of Integrity360’s considerable investment in the region following the 2024 and early 2025 acquisitions of the Grove Group and Nclose. The acquisition brings Integrity360 resources in South Africa to a team of over 230 employees serving the needs of customers across Africa. Key locations Integrity360’s operations in Johannesburg and Cape Town also serve as key locations for its integrated “global SOC” (Security Operations Centre) operation which delivers a comprehensive suite of managed services, including EDR (Endpoint Detection and Response), XDR (Extended Detection and Response), and MDR (Managed Detection and Response) solutions for both local and international customers. Founded in 2015, Redshift has developed a reputation for service excellence amongst its customers, specifically for cyber security testing but also a selection of other specialized activities including cybercrime investigations, anti-fraud advisory, scammer group takedowns, cyber intelligence, and a focused range of managed services.  Redshift adds approx. 50  customers including many leading South African finance, banking and telecommunications organizations, and an additional team of approx. 40  employees to the group. Regional center of excellence Redshift will serve as a regional center of excellence for the group for cyber security testing, and also be connected up with the existing Integrity360 cyber advisory and managed services teams operating in the region. Integrity360 will invest in the development and expansion of the business utilizing the considerable resources across the group. Redshift  customers will benefit from access to Integrity360’s highly extensive and complementary cyber services portfolio encapsulating cyber risk and assurance, highly comprehensive 24/7  incident response and forensics services,  infrastructure and technology services, PCI compliance, OT (operational technology) consulting and solutions, and a highly comprehensive range of cyber security managed services ranging from managing cyber infrastructure, to Managed SASE (Secure Access Service Edge), Managed CTEM (Continuous Threat Exposure Management), and a full suite of  innovative XDR/MDR solutions. Integrity360 Named In 2025 Gartner Guide For DFIR

Integrity360, one of Europe and EMEA’s pioneering cyber security specialists, has been named as a Representative Vendor in the 2025 Gartner Market Guide for Digital Forensics and Incident Response (DFIR). The Gartner Market Guide provides security and risk management pioneers with insights to understand the DFIR market, evaluate trends, refine requirements and identify market players. Integrity360 is listed among 40 vendors globally which, according to Gartner, best represent the DFIR market and attract the most client interest through Gartner.com searches and inquiries. Cyber insurance policies and regulations DFIR retainers are increasingly viewed as a cornerstone of cyber resilience, providing organizations with rapid access to expert teams who can investigate malicious activity, conduct forensic analysis, support recovery and perform post-incident reviews.  According to Gartner, these retainers are now often required by cyber insurance policies and certain regulations, such as the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA). Holiseum Joins Integrity360 For Cybersecurity Expansion

Continuing its global expansion plan Integrity360 has acquired pioneer cyber security specialist Holiseum headquartered in Paris, France. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.  The acquisition will enable Integrity360 to accelerate its growth in France and continental Europe and significantly provide a new and exciting services practise focused on Operational Technology (“OT”) and Internet of Things (“IoT”) technologies which complement Integrity360’s existing service practises.  Partnering for cybersecurity Those include cyber risk and assurance, cyber security testing, incident response, infrastructure, Microsoft cyber, payments compliance, and a highly comprehensive range of cyber security managed services including managed detection and response (“MDR”) solutions.  Holiseum will continue to operate from its existing three facilities in France but with the benefit of the full resources and capability of the wider Integrity360 business.  Protecting industrial systems Holiseum is a consultancy specialises in industrial infrastructureHoliseum, founded in 2018, is a highly respected and well-established cybersecurity consultancy that specializes in critical and industrial infrastructure. It serves approximately 80 customers throughout France and selected international locations from facilities in Paris and Nimes including organizations operating in the energy, infrastructure, manufacturing, transport and financial sectors.  Trusted in OT protection In particular Holiseum is an expert in OT technology and has helped many global corporate and infrastructure organizations secure and evolve their OT environment and associated IT estates.   Holiseum’s reputation is underpinned by several security accreditations from ANSSI – the National Cybersecurity Agency of France – including PASSI (cybersecurity audit services) and PACS (cybersecurity support and consulting) – where Holiseum is one of the first three certified organizations in France.  Securing critical infrastructure Holiseum’s portfolio of services include audit, training, investigation and a full suite of OT consulting solutions. Securing critical infrastructures is a high priority for many governments and corporate organizations across the globe due to the alarming rise in attacks on industrial and energy infrastructure.
