Ehrman brings decades of experience across security, distribution, and retail channels, with a reputation for forging high-impact supplier relationships and creating smarter, more responsive systems for inventory and fulfillment. This strategic addition reinforces AlarMax’s commitment to growth, service excellence, and expanding its presence across the Eastern United States. With more than 25 years of senior leadership experience in retail, operations, and distribution, Zoppo brings a powerful blend of customer-centric strategy and operational expertise. Zoppo’s career spans high-impact roles at major consumer electronics distributors and national retail chains, including regional leadership and multi-unit operations oversight. Known for his ability to build high-performing teams and long-term customer relationships, Zoppo is set to play a pivotal role in accelerating AlarMax’s momentum and supporting its network of 26 branches nationwide. With over three decades of experience in operational leadership and continuous improvement, Boyette brings proven expertise in optimizing performance and building high-functioning teams across diverse industries. Boyette has held senior leadership roles across the plastics, consumer packaged goods, energy, and healthcare sectors. Most recently, he served as Director of Continuous Improvement at Maker’s Pride, a provider of contract food manufacturing and packaging solutions. Boyette's early life Originally from Ocala, Florida, Boyette lived in the Atlanta area for two decades before relocating to Latrobe, PA, where he currently resides. Outside of work, Eric enjoys hiking, kayaking, live music, board games, trivia nights, and cheering on his beloved Florida Gators. He and his wife are proud parents to four adult children, the youngest of whom is currently a college sophomore. Shelander has made operational excellence a central mission for the company as it continues to evolve.
