Jess was promoted to Small Works Installation Manager before being appointed Wessex Fire & Security has appointed Jessica Lutwyche as its Service Manager, overseeing a 30-strong team of engineers, technicians and admin staff. The company is part of the Wessex Group that Jess joined eight years ago in an administration role. After moving to the fire and security business she was quickly promoted to Small Works Installation Manager before being appointed to the new position. The role means she also joins the Senior Management team of Wessex Fire & Security, headed by Managing Director Chris Stott with Paul Budden, Installation Manager, and Tracey Martin, Quality Manager. Wessex Fire & Security is based in Shaftesbury, Dorset, and is active in all areas of fire and security across the south. Jess To Work Across Both The Fire & Security Parts Of The Business The company employs 80 staff and has a turnover of £7m, and Jess will work across both the fire and security parts of the business. Chris Stott said: “Jess is extremely customer-focused and is actually one of the group’s customer service coaches. Paul's Previous Experience Paul Joy has previously run his own electrical contracting business and has also worked for some of the biggest names in the sector. The industry veteran who lives in New Milton, Hampshire, brings experience of strategic planning surrounding large and complicated projects.
