OPTEX Launches SEQUAD Sequential Confirmation Detector
Product Profile
SEQUAD offers a completely new concept in PIR Detection:
The new SEQUAD contains two PIR detectors with two independent alarm outputs inside one housing. Mounted in the corner of a room, one detector provides coverage along each of the two walls, generating an alarm if a door or window is opened. Without overlap, the other covers the central area of the room providing a sequentially confirmed activation if an intruder then enters the room.
SEQUAD models available:
SQ-40 - 12m x 12m coverage
SQ-60 - 18m x 18m coverage
