Mr. Raefield has over thirty-five years of experience in security industry Viscount Systems (VSYS), a leading-edge supplier of security systems and software, announced recently that the company has appointed Mr. Dennis Raefield as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective as of February 17, 2014.
