Charterhouse Capital Partners, one of the longest-established private equity firms operating in Europe, announces that it has agreed to acquire ESTYA, formerly ERIS. Charterhouse will invest in partnership with ESTYA’s management, who are reinvesting in the company, and alongside Chequers Capital, who will remain a significant shareholder following an initial investment in 2021.
