Leading security solutions provider, Adams Rite, has appointed David Wigglesworth as its new Managing DirectorLeading security solutions provider, Adams Rite, has appointed David Wigglesworth as its new Managing Director.  David will replace Iain MacKay, Adams Rite's current Chairman and acting Managing Director who will be retiring in March.

He brings with him a wealth of commercial and leadership experience gleaned from a career starting as a trainee Electrical and Electronics Engineer, through to Commercial Director of Fixt Logistics at GDA Holdings Ltd.  His commercial experience includes operating in the wholesaler, distributor, B2B and OEM markets.  Other senior Director roles include two as MD, operating within the print franchise and electrical industry.

David is upbeat about his new role, "I am delighted to have joined Adams Rite.  My objective is to gain a thorough understanding of the Adams Rite customer base and give direction to the team.  I feel it is so important within my role to listen to the needs of the customers and employees and to not make promises which can't be kept.  I look forward to building on the current culture of innovation at Adams Rite and encouraging closer connections with our customers.  Also, I aim to leverage the global value of the ASSA ABLOY brand and highlight Adams Rite's key position within it."
