COE Group plc, the developer and supplier of advanced video surveillance systems is pleased to announce the appointment of John Clarkson as UK Sales Director.
John has joined COE from Wayfarer Transit Systems, the major supplier of integrated ticketing and smart card systems for public transport, where he was UK and Export Sales Director. A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport, John is a career transport professional who has specialized in systems sales to the transit industry worldwide for almost 20 years.

A graduate of Hull University, John immediately entered the transport industry as a National Bus Company Senior Management Trainee. He has been involved in transport industry sales since 1987, including periods with Almex Control Systems, Ascom in Europe and Wayfarer. During John's time at Wayfarer he was responsible for increasing UK bus & coach market share to over 85% as well as raising Export sales by several multiples."
