Bold Gemini Aims For IFSEC Security Industry Award

Bold's integrated security management software, Gemini, has been nominated as a finalist in the IFSEC Security Industry Awards. Shortlisted in the ‘Integrated Security Product of the Year' category, the new software is already widely used in public sector and private control rooms. Multi-language support is also proving popular overseas, especially in the Middle East.

At the show, Bold will be launching a new remote access module and the open platform MultiView CCTV interface for Gemini. The awards night will be held at the Metropole on the Monday of the show. Commented Managing Director, Brian Kelly, "The selection of Gemini for the shortlist reflects the amount of effort that has been invested in its creation. Bold never set out to win awards with the product, the objective has always been to listen to the customer and deliver what he wants. However, the finals are now keenly awaited and, whatever the outcome, IFSEC 2009 will be a special event."
