| Barry Bros selects BT Redcare Agile for reliability and flexibility |
With a customer base including luxury hotels, multi-million pound residences, high-end retailers and restaurants, Barry Bros' product portfolio needs to offer quality, flexibility, and reliability. Barry Bros' chief operating officer Chris Nowlan explains: "Offering cheap services is not what Barry Bros is about. We offer value - and that's what customers appreciate. By that I mean the value of having a security solution they can really depend on, plus outstanding service always."
Following a year of working with the BT Redcare Agile product and the installation of more than 75 systems Barry Bros selected BT Redcare as its only Grade 2 recommendation.
Chris continues: "BT Redcare Agile ticks all the boxes for us. It works on any phone line. It uses the more secure GPRS signaling. It's widely available. And it comes with far better technical back-up than comparative products."
BT Redcare Agile is also helping Barry Bros to move into a new market: construction. Chris comments, "One of BT Redcare Agile's big selling points is that it can be installed and operate even without a phone line. That makes it ideal for builders who need to guard their on-site tool stores overnight."
Chris concludes: "Our motto is ‘Fit it once. Fit it right. And with the right product,' for us that means BT Redcare Agile. So now it's our only Grade 2 recommendation. And the weight of the BT name makes a massive difference."
