Derek Walker, Paxton Access' field sales engineer for ScotlandPaxton Access Ltd, the UK's market leader in the design and manufacture of access control systems is pleased to announce the appointment of Derek Walker as Scottish field sales engineer. 

Having spent four years at PAC and a further two at ADI Gardiner, Derek's access control credentials are first class - welcome news for Scottish installation companies.

While at ADI Gardiner, Derek's knowledge of the UK's access control market grew considerably.  "I became aware that Paxton Access was the preferred choice for the majority of installation companies I called on.  On a near daily basis I heard positive comments about Paxton Access' product reliability, technical support and the simplicity of installs when using their equipment," says Derek.

Derek's appointment will impact positively on all parties associated with the installation of Paxton Access' systems.  He will provide comprehensive support, training and specification advice to all Scottish based installers.

"When the Scottish field sales engineer position became available I was excited at the prospect of working for Paxton Access.  They've achieved market leader status through innovation, high quality products and great customer service.   I wish to build upon my predecessor's efforts by offering practical advice and specification assistance to develop the Scottish market," says Derek.
