Brighton, UK, 9 February 2007 - Paxton Access Limited, a market leader in the design and manufacture of electronic access control systems, has launched a new web site at http://www.paxton.co.uk. Cleverly designed to meet the unique and distinct needs of installers, end users and OEM customers, the site incorporates a variety of new features including a Skype facility for free technical support and a range of software tutorials.

"The design and content of our new web site accurately projects our leading position in the UK access control market and our belief in the continual growth of this part of the security industry", explains Adam Stroud, Paxton Access' Sales and Marketing Director. "Our new strap line ‘Intelligence for buildings' conveys our conviction that access control is now playing a broader role in facilities management, particularly in the larger enterprise. Security remains the primary role of access control but it is also increasingly viewed as a technology for controlling other building services such as lighting, heating and lifts. Human resources can also make use of the system to monitor staff attendance.  The new web site also reflects our company culture with its focus on individual service and support. This is now a site that installers and end users will want to return to frequently with its rich and diverse content, particularly in the areas of product support and training."

Bright, clear and easy to navigate the new web site incorporates many of the popular features of Paxton's previous site such as the ‘Find an Installer' search facility and the customer service feedback page. "But we were determined to be innovative with the new site too", says Adam Stroud. "The inclusion of Skype illustrates our continuing commitment to finding new and imaginative ways to encourage customers to contact us. While the software tutorials provide customers with easy to follow guides to using many of the essential functions of Net2."
