The Ikegami VDO digital video recorder offers recording from up to 16 cameras for a period of up to two months, using its proprietary SMICT technology (1400:1 video compression). This unique compression technology facilitates high frame rates but with low bandwidth usage, enabling remote connectivity over LAN and even PSTN.
