NorthSec is the biggest applied security event in Canada, aimed at raising the knowledge and technical expertise of professionals and students alike. They are determined to create a high quality security forum composed of a three days training session, two day single track conference by the brightest in their field of expertise, followed by an intense 48 hour on-site CTF contest.

Argon Electronics was established in 1987 and has since become a world pioneer in the development and manufacture of hazardous material detector simulators, most notably in the fields of military Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear (CBRN) defense. Simulators have applications from civil response to unconventional terrorism and accidental release and international treaty verification, with a growing presence in nuclear energy.
