The Falcon digital recording range from ATV offers a unique compression technology which compresses image data at 3 times the rate of many other digital recording technologies, without compromising the high resolution of image quality.  Subsequently, the Falcon can record 3 times as much as many DVRs with the same memory size.  In addition, this compression technology ensures more efficient usage of bandwidth for networked surveillance either locally or remotely.

As illustration, the Falcon can record a full month of surveillance from 16 cameras recording at 1 ips, using only 120 Gbs of memory / storage.

Falcon technology is available in a number of versions for 16, 9, 4 cameras or even 1 channel model as an analog VCR upgrade. Local or remote monitoring of recorded images can be viewed over standard internet browsers, and features include:
