Canon VB-C50i Pan / Tilt / Zoom Network Camera

The VB-C50i utilizes a Canon 26x power zoom lens to produce images with exceptional accuracy.  It features an integral PTZ mechanism with a wide 200° pan and 120° tilt range.  It also offers an IR Night Mode, capable of capturing black and white images in complete darkness.  The VB-C50iR is a reverse-mount model, for ceiling installations, and has an extensive 340° pan and 100° tilt range.

These cameras are capable of capturing video at up to 25 fps, at a resolution of 768 x 576.  Quality can be set to suit the network bandwidth, producing natural, life-like images.  The camera, server and PTZ mechanism are all housed in a single compact unit, enabling discreet yet highly effective surveillance.  Installation is exceptionally simple - just two connections are required to start streaming live video.  The end result is an all-in-one network camera solution that can be set up immediately, offering full, flexible and easy interactive control for your security staff.

Motion Detection and Auto Tracking enable the camera to pan and tilt once motion is detected, capturing any movement automatically.  Audio can also be added to the transmission, simply by adding the optional external module (VB-EX50) to the camera.  Using this module, the camera can even be configured to turn on halogen security floodlighting or sound an alarm whenever motion is detected.
