TESA SMARTair™ Keypad Escutcheon is a standalone access control reader ideal for transit, office or meeting room doors. It is compatible with most mortise locks. It is an RFID reader with LED (green/red signal) on the outside (2 – 4cm read/write distance). System: SMARTair System with update of access rights: Offline and Update on Card. Certifications: CE, EN1634 (Fire), IP54, EN18273. Battery: (up to 70.000 cycles, max. 3 years standby). Credentials: Available as cards, tags or bracelets for contactless identification/encrypted credentials are available in various secure RFID technologies – HID iCLASS® and MIFARE Classic or DESFire. Door profiles: Euro, Scandinavian, DIN, suitable for wooden, narrow or glass doors. High retrofit (compatible with most mortise locks), drilling, no cabling.
