Improved MPEG-4 And DVR Functionality For The Bosch 100 Series

Bosch 100series has now been further improved with the bandwidth-efficient MPEG04 compression standard.  The new firmware version 6.00 has dramatically enhanced the top quality real-time video streaming over IP.  Additionally the new firmware version 6.10 for the VideoJet 100 and 400 adds a wider range of new DVR functionalities.  

MPEG-4 capability upgrade features:  

• New innovative user interface, with user-definable logo, alarm trace and log window
• Transmission over TCP (Port 80) to establish connections that can overcome firewalls
• Multiple alarm IP addresses for automatic alarm connections
• Extra alarm mechanisms e.g. can assign different alarm IP addresses to the alarm inputs
• New remote control protocol:  RCP+
• Additional control protocols

DVR functionalities:

• A wider range of recording options flexible enough to meet the needs of any application
• Video time line for easy to use playback of recorded sequences
• Video slices and snapshots can be directly saved without interrupting simultaneous recording
• Recording options can be configured from standard web browsers
