Tuskan brings more than two decades of experience in law enforcement and corporate security leadership, having served as Chief Security Officer for both Microsoft and ServiceNow, where he helped define industry-pioneering programs in global security, safety, and intelligence-driven operations.

Tuskan’s career
Tuskan’s career spans over 20 years in both public service and the private sector. Beginning as a police detective and SWAT officer, he transitioned into the corporate world to lead security operations for two of the most influential technology companies in the world.
Today, he advises startups focused on AI, safety, and security innovation, and is the founder of Cop to Corporate, a nonprofit organization helping law enforcement professionals transition successfully into private-sector careers.
