PPM 2000 and TotalMobile will offer a complete security management solution

With TotalMobile’s security apps in the field and PPM 2000’s incident management software in the office, data can be shared real-time for improved response, communication and collaboration.

TotalMobile and PPM 2000 announced recently their new technology partnership geared at facilitating the timely and accurate transmission of security data back to the office where it can be tracked, analysed and reported on.

TotalMobile offers a prepackaged mobile applications platform focused on field force automation. Their security apps for guard tours, post orders, BOLO and inspections allow in-the-field personnel to capture information and instantly relay it to back-office systems, saving on processing paperwork, travel costs and operative time. Perspective by PPM 2000—an enterprise application where organizations track and analyse data relative to incidents, investigations and cases—is now one of those back-office systems. Mutual clients benefit from a seamless integration that bridges the gap between accurately capturing data, real-time, from the field and effectively responding to that data in a coordinated, communicated and efficient manner.

Andrew Davidson, TotalMobile’s Channel Development Manager, spoke to the synergies between the two companies, “TotalMobile is extremely excited to be working with PPM and their industry leading incident management software—Perspective. The TotalMobile and PPM partnership integrates cutting-edge mobile applications with a robust incident management program.”

Brian McIlravey, CPP, Co-CEO of PPM, added, “Mobility is not a ‘want’ anymore, it’s a necessity for our clients. TotalMobile’s leading edge technology empowers mobile officers to capture and share accurate data from the field. This significantly increases productivity and access to critical, time-sensitive data.”

Together, TotalMobile and PPM now offer a complete security management solution that ties the resourcefulness and immediacy of ground force personnel with management’s need for timely, coordinated incident response and in-depth incident records that facilitate analysis and corrective action.
