Protecting a site at night is a challenge. The need for external lighting and potentially infrared along with multiple cameras equipped with colour and monochrome lenses can quickly become both complex and costly.

Instead, the MOBOTIX S16 DualFlex Thermal provides a more efficient solution that works both day and night while reducing the cabling, power and any need for additional external lights and activity sensors.
The S16 DualFlex camera body combines with two separate thermal sensor modules attached via 3 metre cables that can visualise temperature variations starting at 0.05°C with a range of lens types. Mounted on a corner of a building, each sensor module can provide a 17°, 25° or 45° view, even in complete darkness for up to several hundred meters without any additional lighting.
The S16 DualFlex system, like the rest of the Mx6 product line, supports PoE and includes RTSP/Multicast for simultaneous streaming of MxPEG, M-JPEG and H.264 within an ONVIF-ready system plus advanced onboard video analytics. Both night and day, the system is able to deliver the highest levels of visibility even in complete darkness.

The MOBOTIX compact DualFlex is a universally deployable, easily-concealable video system with a highly detailed resolution of up to 2 x 6 megapixels. The fully weatherproof IP camera has two miniature sensor modules, which are each connected to the camera housing with a sensor cable. Thanks to the hemispheric dual lens, two separate rooms can be secured simultaneously without any blind spots.
