Cellebrite Appoints Holly Windham As General Counsel

Cellebrite DI Ltd, renowned for digital investigative and intelligence solutions in both the public and private sectors, has announced the appointment of Holly Windham as their new General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer.

With her extensive background in legal leadership across technology-driven industries, Windham is poised to handle legal and compliance tasks vital to Cellebrite's ongoing expansion and market engagement. She replaces Ayala Berler Shapira in this pivotal role.

Legal Leadership and Compliance

Windham's expertise includes software, cloud platforms, cybersecurity, data privacy, and public sector contracting, all critical areas for Cellebrite's growth strategy. Her new responsibilities will involve collaborating with Cellebrite's leadership team to oversee legal affairs and ensure the responsible global use of the company's technology.

Windham brings a wealth of experience from her time as Chief Legal Officer and Board Secretary at Self Financial, a prominent fintech firm assisting over 1.7 million consumers with credit building. Her tenure at Rackspace Technology, a major global multi-cloud solutions company, is also notable.

There, she held the positions of EVP, Chief Legal Officer, Chief People Officer, and Corporate Secretary, managing legal and HR operations. She played a crucial role in the company's IPO and M&A activities, which surpassed $1 billion, while establishing extensive privacy and regulatory structures.

Her career also includes various deputy general counsel roles at Hewlett-Packard and her initial legal work at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP. Windham has consistently advocated for diverse and inclusive work environments that empower individuals to fully develop their careers. She holds a J.D. from Pepperdine Caruso School of Law and a B.A. from Southwestern Oklahoma State University.

Ms. Windham previously served as Chief Legal Officer and Board Secretary for Self Financial, Inc., a leading fintech company focused on helping more than 1.7 million consumers build credit. Prior to this, she spent six years at Rackspace Technology, a $3 billion+ global multi-cloud solutions company, as EVP, Chief Legal Officer, Chief People Officer and Corporate Secretary.

There, she led a team of 180 people across legal and HR functions and played an important role in directing the company's IPO and managing M&A activities that exceeded $1 billion while building comprehensive privacy and regulatory frameworks at scale.

Her experience also includes a variety of deputy general counsel roles at Hewlett-Packard after beginning her legal career at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP. Throughout her career, Ms. Windham has championed high-performing, diverse and inclusive workplaces where individuals can maximize their potential and advance their careers. She holds a J.D. from Pepperdine Caruso School of Law and a B.A. from Southwestern Oklahoma State University.
