With her extensive background in legal leadership across technology-driven industries, Windham is poised to handle legal and compliance tasks vital to Cellebrite's ongoing expansion and market engagement. She replaces Ayala Berler Shapira in this pivotal role.

Windham brings a wealth of experience from her time as Chief Legal Officer and Board Secretary at Self Financial, a prominent fintech firm assisting over 1.7 million consumers with credit building. Her tenure at Rackspace Technology, a major global multi-cloud solutions company, is also notable.
There, she held the positions of EVP, Chief Legal Officer, Chief People Officer, and Corporate Secretary, managing legal and HR operations. She played a crucial role in the company's IPO and M&A activities, which surpassed $1 billion, while establishing extensive privacy and regulatory structures.
Her career also includes various deputy general counsel roles at Hewlett-Packard and her initial legal work at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher LLP. Windham has consistently advocated for diverse and inclusive work environments that empower individuals to fully develop their careers. She holds a J.D. from Pepperdine Caruso School of Law and a B.A. from Southwestern Oklahoma State University.
