It is better to create new markets than to struggle to maintain a presence in the bitterly contested existing markets. The security market in 2015 has been faced with many ups and downs, and in such a scenario innovating new products gave companies the necessary boost to take on competitors and capture new markets. That’s the viewpoint of Dallmeier as an eventful year draws to a close; a year in which we won and completed many new projects all over the world. Despite, or perhaps because of the "megapixel race" that is still taking place on the market, our new approach with the Panomera® multifocal sensor technology continues to demonstrate that we have chosen exactly the right path. We remained true to our philosophy of not blindly following trends, but questioning conventional wisdom and placing the greatest emphasis on customer benefits. Dallmeier is not a product manufacturer – we are a provider of solutions that provide added value for the customer. Panomera Multifocal Sensor Technology Panomera® fundamentally improves the mode of operation and the operating scope of video systems in industrial and commercial settings, and the efficiency of a video system is increased significantly. The maxim "less, but much better, more effective and consequently more cost-effective" has never been more true. Even the core application area of video security technology has been transformed: No longer does the technology merely provide surveillance capability; it has evolved to include process optimization and process control through a substantial information gain with the aid of intelligent, analytical video solutions. Multifocal sensor (MFS) technology thus closes a gap left by conventional video systems. MFS technology is already beginning to change the future of video security technology fundamentally. This is clearly reflected today in the projects and enquiries we receive. New Projects In 2016 We are well positioned to face the future and are looking with optimism to the coming years. We attach very high priority to the development of pioneering innovations that function reliably and bring the user real benefits. What sets Dallmeier apart is the fact that we are not experts in just one field, we can support our reputation with innovations in all aspects of video security technology: in the camera field with multifocal sensor technology, but also in recording, transmission technology and video management. Each of these technologies individually will again provide us with access to many new projects in 2016. See the full coverage of 2015/2016 Review and Forecast articles here
2015 will see Multifocal sensor cameras opening up new markets for Dallmeier Dallmeier 2014/2015 Review and Forecast:The resolution of megapixel cameras is always going to be higher. But people are starting to understand that resolution is not everything, nor does it solve the problem of the customer. In addition, many megapixels on a single chip have unpleasant side-effects related to things like light sensitivity, lens quality, image rate and bandwidth. What really interests the customer is not the number of megapixels, but rather whether suspects can be singled out and identified – regardless of which area of the surveillance field that person is located in. So the resolution of the camera itself (e.g. a “5-megapixel camera”) is not decisive; but more relevant is how many pixels per meter are obtained for the relevant object/person. You need 62 pixels/m for observation, 125 pixels/m to recognize known persons, and 250 pixels/m to identify unknown individuals. Dallmeier is following this approach with our multifocal sensor technology. Contrary to single-sensor cameras, several lenses with different focal lengths are used. This patented technology makes it possible to monitor large areas and distances comprehensively, and to do so in real time with uniform image resolution and consistent focal depth. A single installation point is needed. The solution is extremely cost-effective both in the lower number of required cameras and especially in the decrease in necessary infrastructure such as masts, cables, etc. It also means that solid solutions can be found with this technology for projects that could not previously be implemented at all. So the multifocal sensor technology opens up a huge market for planners and builders. The response in the market to multifocal sensor technology is already extremely positive, and this will further develop in 2015 as it addresses definite needs. An eventful, immensely successful year is coming to a close for Dallmeier. 2014 was a jubilee year for us, in which we celebrated the 30th anniversary of the company’s founding. Our product portfolio has grown steadily over the last 30 years. These days, we offer total solutions from a single supplier – from image capture through recording to video management and intelligent video analysis. News mentions
Permanent video observation is in place at busy traffic junctions in many towns. With the Traffic Enforcement Module on the Dallmeier HEMISPHERE® software platform, public authorities can now capture traffic incidents or offenses quickly and simply with an easy-to-use software tool. A precisely definable and adaptable process enables users to evaluate and follow up on incidents efficiently with digital tools – while adhering to the evaluation and data protection regulations. Capture traffic violations Live video surveillance is already performed or under consideration at many car parking facilities and traffic junctions. With the Dallmeier HEMISPHERE® Traffic Enforcement Module, local authorities now have the capability to capture traffic violations and file video sequences of the offenses efficiently within these existing surveillance systems. Cloud capability and compatibility The solution provides operators with a user-friendly function set that enables them to perform all of these tasks quickly and intuitively. Local authorities can thus optimize the process of investigating and punishing traffic violations, and so generate additional revenue. Users can implement the system with both Dallmeier cameras or with third-party systems. The HEMISPHERE® SeMSy® components can be operated either on-premise or in public cloud environments such as Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), or Google Cloud Platform. Accurate logging during capture If an operator observes a traffic offense, he can start the recording of the camera live stream immediately. For this purpose, the app features a control center on a time bar for starting, stopping, and canceling recordings. Backup of the recording is made automatically in the background and can be canceled if an offense has not taken place After a recording has been stopped again, a backup of the recording is made automatically in the background, and it is saved to an archive together with a timestamp, the name of the camera, and the name of the operator. Recordings can be canceled if an offense has not taken place. For this, the operator must provide a reason either from a dropdown list or in free text. Depending on the requirements applied to a system, selection options with subsequent text input fields can be configured individually. At the same time, all user actions are logged in full. Optimized workflows Besides the actual recording and saving routines, the system also maps the process for follow-up processing of incidents: First, all recorded offenses are listed in the module in a chronological overview. Users can filter and search the list by ID, user, violation code, camera name, vehicle registration number, date and time, and processing status. In a processing mode, they can review the items and decide whether a traffic offense has been committed and should be reported. For this purpose, they are then able to access the recording or the offense, additional information or snapshots from the recording, and the exact location of the incident on a map section. Predefined justification If an item is not processed further, because it is evident that an offense has not taken place, this must be confirmed with a predefined justification. All offenses which are reported must be collected in detail in a log for subsequent investigation and review. The list can be filtered by data and exported to a PDF file. Additional benefits "Many towns implement video observation systems at busy traffic junctions. With our solution, these systems are given very valuable additional benefits, whereby besides improving safety they also help to relieve the strain on municipal budgets," according to Dieter Dallmeier, Founder and CEO, Dallmeier electronic. "The Dallmeier solution enables the operators to secure evidence for traffic offenses intuitively and with maximum efficiency with very low training costs. The subsequent evaluation and forwarding process guarantees compliance and data protection, and all processes are logged in detail."
‘Making things easier’ – Under this maxim, the Panomera multifocal sensor systems by video technology manufacturer, Dallmeier have guaranteed maximum image and analysis data quality with minimum camera units for ten years now. The latest generation of the Panomera S-Series features a completely new design and offers numerous innovations, from the one-man mounting concept to contactless front glass cleaning, and above all, superior video analysis capabilities. Panomera multifocal sensor systems Panomera multifocal sensor systems combine a total overview with multiple detailed zooms in high resolution The Panomera multifocal sensor systems differ from other cameras in that they combine a total overview with an unlimited number of detailed zooms in high resolution. The detail zooms can simply be opened in the overall image with a click of the mouse, like ‘virtual’ PTZ cameras, not only live but also in the recording. This is made possible by the patented use of up to eight sensors with different focal lengths in a single system. In this way, a much greater expanse can be captured with each camera. In the words of the manufacturer, Dallmeier, this results not only in significantly improved operability and overview, but also saves up to 50% or more in operating and infrastructure costs, depending on the application area. Besides the advantages in image capture and operation, the latest Panomera generation is set apart by its superior analysis capabilities, as they combine a precisely plannable/definable image quality (and therewith data quality) with the most advanced analysis technology. Edge analysis with eight quad-core processors In traditional single sensor as well as multi-sensor camera technologies, image resolution and thus also analytical capability diminishes continuously in the direction of the image background. In contrast to this, the cameras of the Panomera S-Series capture a very large expanse or long distances with a minimum resolution over the entire area. Panomera is therefore, able to monitor and analyze complex context with the same high data quality, even over extremely large expanses. If an application requires, for example, a minimum resolution density of 62.5 pixels per meter, according to DIN EN 62676-4, over 50,000 square meters can be covered with just one camera system, which is more than sufficient for common object classifications. SoC generation analysis unit with integrated AI Even at the highest DIN resolution density of 250 pixels per meter, for the identification of unknown persons that can be used in court, one system still manages up to 3,100 square meters. For this purpose, each of the up to eight sensors in a Panomera is equipped with an analysis unit of the latest SoC generation with integrated Artificial Intelligence (AI), so that the analysis can be carried out directly in the camera (on the edge), from people counting through to ‘Appearance Search’. Users can operate the Panomera cameras either with the Dallmeier HEMISPHERE SeMSy Video Management System (VMS) or with any VMS systems that support ONVIF. Featuring ‘Quick-Lock’ rapid fastening system A special ‘Quick-Lock’ rapid fastening system allows the systems to be installed by a single technician Dallmeier engineers placed particular emphasis on functional design. Thus, for example, the ‘Mountera’ mounting concept offers enormous time savings and fewer errors during implementation. A special ‘Quick-Lock’ rapid fastening system allows the systems to be installed by a single technician. The different brackets for wall, ceiling or mast mounting are also completely compatible with each other; they can even be combined with the 180- and 360-degree systems of the Panomera W camera series. Foam packaging for ‘bubble protection’ The manufacturer has also made extensive improvements to the very tasks of unpacking and installations. A one-time handle which is already mounted on the camera in the package and the foam packaging that remains as ‘bubble protection’ reduce the amount of effort required for handling. The camera can be taken out of the packaging and can be transported and set down undamaged without further work steps. As the last, finishing touch, the size of all the Allen keys needed for installation and adjustment is the same, so only one key size is required. Convection cooling, ‘Air Blast’ and ‘Privacy Shield’ The new generation of Dallmeier Panomera cameras also fulfills the requirements relating to architecture and optical integration with a design language, which is applied consistently to all the various individual models. Besides the dynamic appearance, particular attention was also paid to innovative functions. These include a passive cooling system, which renders auxiliary cooling unnecessary for temperatures up to 60 degrees Celsius. A system called ‘Air Blast’, which uses compressed air to clean dust, water and insects off the lens without contact and therefore, without wear is also available as an option. Dallmeier’s ‘Privacy Shield’ is responsible for active and largely visible data protection. It is a remote-controlled blind mechanism with which police or private enterprises can temporarily disable the Panomera systems in a way that is clearly visible with a few clicks of the mouse, during rallies or strikes, for example. Enhanced data protection and security Dieter Dallmeier, Founder & CEO of Dallmeier electronic said, "For ten years, our Panomera customers have demonstrated that solutions with technology ‘Made in Germany’ deliver exceptional results with regard to attaining security objectives while remaining compliant with the most stringent data protection and data security requirements. At the same time, multifocal sensor technology is the intelligent answer to many unsolved problems because it brings precision and plannability to video technology." Dieter adds, "Because Panomera systems not only enhance operation and the attainment of security objectives in video observation and surveillance, most particularly they also provide superior quality data for the increasingly important function of video analysis. The fact that these solutions can then also be implemented for substantially lower overall cost than comparable technologies surprises many of our customers time and time again." Customer testimonials We have been using Dallmeier Panomera technology with great success since 2018" Thorsten Wünschmann, Director, Hanau Public Order Office said, "We have been using Dallmeier Panomera technology with great success since 2018. The major benefit we derive from the Panomera systems consists particularly in that the total overview of a scene is maintained at all times, while operators can zoom into various regions at high resolution even in the recording.” He adds, “This enables us to keep optimum control with minimum strain on the operators, and since only a small number of systems are needed, overall operating costs are low." David Lewis, Head of Security and Stadium Safety, Everton FC football club said, "In the course of our selection process, the Panomera cameras from Dallmeier were able to deliver images of the highest quality time and time again, both in normal daylight conditions and under weak floodlighting, and furthermore not only live also in the recordings with the highest possible resolution quality in all areas of the image.” David adds, “Moreover, with the Panomera cameras we can capture large expanses, such as the entire grandstand area for example, with just a few systems. Ultimately, these were the reasons which convinced us to award the contract for video security at Goodison Park to Dallmeier." Jürgen Vahlenkamp, Managing Director of VTS GmbH and principal contractor for the Panomera installation on the Kölner Seilbahn cable car stated, "We managed very well with the small number of available installation points for video observation with the Panomera. The remarkable lens and sensor concepts mean that we do not fall below the specified resolution even in the more distant image regions.” He adds, “The ideal prerequisite for observation over very long distances! Because of the high-resolution detail views, the operator has the situation under control at all times. He can maintain an uninterrupted overall view of the bearer cables and support pylons while simultaneously analyzing a detail recording of a certain region as necessary. We were able to organize the procedure as safely as possible while the cable car was operating, to the immense satisfaction of our customer."
Dallmeier electronic, one of the manufacturers of video security systems, introduces the remote-controlled "Privacy Shield" for their Panomera® cameras. With a few mouse clicks, government authorities, police forces as well as private businesses can cover the lenses of the cameras with a kind of "privacy curtain" in order to protect the privacy rights of individuals concerned. The use-cases could be during peaceful public assemblies, company staff meetings or strikes. Data protection One important prerequisite for the acceptance of video surveillance in public and business environments is that the privacy of data subjects must be respected. In early 2020 for example, several German courts ruled the following: During peaceful gatherings, not only must permanently-installed video systems be switched off, but this must also be "sufficiently reliably evident" to all participants in the public assembly. Moreover, a growing number of companies must also protect the right to privacy of their employees, not least in response to the requirements of the EU GDPR or other national data protection laws. Substantial logistical effort Until now, deactivating surveillance cameras visibly has caused a substantial logistical effort Until now, deactivating surveillance cameras visibly has caused a substantial logistical effort: The police or security personnel must disguise each camera individually, at great expense with the aid of elevating platforms. Returning the installations to their original condition is equally time-consuming. Given the several hundred assemblies per year held in larger cities, shift changes or strikes in businesses, this rapidly leads to substantial costs for additional manpower and the requisite equipment such as elevating platforms. Furthermore, the police and security personnel are unable to activate the cameras again at short notice if indications of possible dangers become evident. Camera technology The German video security manufacturer Dallmeier has developed a system called "Privacy Shield" to tackle these issues: Users can remotely control a kind of "blind" – that is made of a special non-transparent material – directly via the GUI in the control center, and within a few seconds cover the lenses of the Dallmeier Panomera® systems. The Privacy Shield has a highly visible color and bears the printed image of a crossed-out camera The Privacy Shield has a highly visible color and bears the printed image of a crossed-out camera, showing clearly for any person: there is no video observation or video surveillance. This solution could also be used in business environments if area or parking lot surveillance is to be deactivated at certain times, for example, such as during shift changes, company meetings or strikes. The system is not only available in the latest Panomera® generation; existing systems can also be upgraded easily. Full information on this subject is available from the manufacturer. Efficient and sustainable "As a German manufacturer, we have mastered the topic of data protection and data security through years of cooperation with authorities. This is why it was important to us to make a system available for government authorities, and private businesses as well, which addresses these many requirements in a single solution," says Dieter Dallmeier, Founder & CEO at Dallmeier electronic. "This includes the need for comprehensive protection of the privacy of citizens, or employees, to be able to comply with the legal provisions and to be able to comply with the requirement to deactivate and activate surveillance at reasonable expense. With our Dallmeier Privacy Shield, we demonstrate once again that innovation "Made in Germany" is not just an empty phrase, but offers clearly identifiable added value for all parties involved. The fact that the system can also be retrofitted, underscores our efforts to ensure sustainability."
When capturing large spatial contexts with video technology, users still have to make many compromises. The 180- and 360-degree versions of the Panomera W series from Dallmeier have taken up the cause of overcoming these challenges and providing customers with the ability to monitor their indoor and outdoor premises most effectively for minimal outlay in terms of personnel and costs. The task of providing surveillance for large outdoor expanses and indoor areas successfully yet efficiently in terms of costs and personnel is one of the great challenges in video technology. Operators and staffing budgets alike are most often overstretched, then there are high infrastructure costs to consider, and not infrequently the result with regard to image quality, overview, achievement of objectives and operability falls short of expectations. Panomera W series cameras Panomera W8 (360°) and W4 (180°) systems, the images from the individual sensors are merged In the new Panomera W8 (360°) and W4 (180°) systems, the images from the individual sensors are merged by the innovative Dallmeier operating software in such a way that the operator is presented with a logical, almost entirely rectified panoramic overview. The cameras even reproduce the area directly below the housing in high resolution. Another unique feature of the Panomera systems is that in principle any number of operators can zoom into a scene at the same time, and the total overview image is retained at all times both live and in the recording. In this way, it is guaranteed that no valuable information or evidence is lost. If several systems are used at the same time, objects can be tracked across multiple camera systems very easily – or the same scene can be examined from various viewpoints quite conveniently. Video management software The Regensburg-based manufacturer states that during development of the Panomera W series the economic efficiency of the overall system was the highest priority. As a result, usability innovations and the small number of cameras needed significantly help to save costs in all important aspects from planning and implementation to operation and service. This in turn yields advantages for everyone involved and all stages of the project – from the installer to the person making the business decisions. Those responsible for security will be glad of the extremely simple operation of the systems due to the available video management software and the small number of screens needed to cover the scene. Situation assessments are made quickly and assuredly; changing perspectives with a few clicks of the mouse and object tracking across multiple cameras make the system exceptionally flexible and powerful. Easy and seamless Operation Operating even a large number of cameras as a total system is simplicity itself and so enables large spatial relationships to be monitored much more efficiently. Consequently, a very large overall context per operator can be captured. As a result, personnel costs relative to area covered with the new cameras are low for ongoing operation. Since considerably fewer cameras are needed than for comparable solutions, the costs for masts, installation, cables and cable-laying or mounting points are also reduced. The manufacturer also offers a solution for environments with limited bandwidth: Upon request, the optional ‘junction box’ can be equipped with up to four terabytes of memory, thereby dispensing with the need for routing new cables and network components in certain scenarios. Quick Lock mounting system ‘Mountera’ mounting concept of the Panomera W series offers many innovations The "Quick Lock" mounting system enables the same camera systems to be swapped between different locations, for example if different crime hotspots are to be observed at different times in an urban surveillance setting. For installers, the integrated, newly developed ‘Mountera’ mounting concept of the Panomera W series offers many innovations for installing the cameras much faster and therefore less expensively: From the mounting handle for removal and transportation to an integrated "bubble protector" which remains on the system until final installation, up to the "quick lock" system for mounting by a single technician. Additionally, only one Allen key size is needed in order to complete the entire installation. Plug-and-play capability The Panomera W series camera models have at last been made truly "plug-and-play" capable with the full pre-calibration and pre-setting of all sensors. Accordingly, the effort needed to adjust the optical elements is reduced to a minimum as well. Another major element of total cost optimization is the planning. This is carried out with the aid of a proprietary 3D software suite developed by the manufacturer and by a team of experts who create an exact "digital twin" of the entire customer environment. Additionally, hidden spots in the field of view can be circumvented, cameras and auxiliary components can be positioned efficiently and the minimum resolution density over the entire area can be planned precisely – this last being an important prerequisite for usability in court and analysis functions. CamCards The ‘CamCards’ generated by the planning contain highly precise mounting information The ‘CamCards’ generated by the planning contain highly precise mounting information and reduce friction losses during commissioning to a minimum. "When tendering, it is not the cheapest system that is required, but the solution that can be operated most economically. Therefore, when deciding for a video security solution it is essential to perform a total cost assessment and not to be distracted by ostensibly low prices of the individual components", says Dieter Dallmeier, Founder & CEO, Dallmeier electronic. He says, "We consistently adhered to this guideline during development of the Panomera W series and we have developed a system which provides the greatest possible economy over the full spectrum of its aspects. On the functional level, solutions of the Panomera W series also provide a total overview of large spatial relationships which hitherto did not exist on the market in this form."

The Panomera® Effect book deals with aspects such as depth of field, picture quality, low light and dynamic range The well-known Australian author, inventor and video surveillance technology expert Vlado Damjanovski has written a book about Dallmeier’s Panomera® multifocal sensor technology. In his book “The Panomera® Effect: A new camera technology by Dallmeier” Vlado Damjanovski discusses, among other topics, the concept of the multifocal sensor technology and its advantages for installation. The book also deals with aspects such as depth of field, picture quality, low light and dynamic range. “When I saw the Panomera® concept for the first time it was of no surprise to me that such innovation came from Dallmeier. The underlying concept of the Panomera® appears simple, yet the way in which it is executed, how the hardware is put together and how the software works, is very critical for the perfect results obtained. This stylish innovation could only have been achieved by a ground-breaking engineering company such as Dallmeier”, remembers Vlado Damjanovski. And he adds: “I was absolutely delighted to accept the invitation by Mr. Dieter Dallmeier to produce this booklet about the Panomera®. Having now written and published four large technical books about CCTV as well as producing CCTV technical magazines I feel well versed in being able to comment about this new camera system. When innovations such as the Panomera® come about – they bring dynamism to an industry where engineering concepts succeed into engineering product reality. The Panomera® will open up new horizons in the ever evolving CCTV industry.” The Panomera® Effect book is available in English and German.
Dallmeier’s Panomera showtruck will be highlighted at the event 30 years of Dallmeier – an excellent reason for the video specialists from Regensburg to celebrate with an “Octoberfest” at the Security Essen trade show: On every day of the show, visitors may look forward to being treated to typical German sausages such as Weisswurst and Regensburger Knacker, as well as fresh pretzels and good Bavarian Weltenburger beer! The highlight of the Dallmeier trade show presence is the Panomera® showtruck, in which the latest models of the patented multifocal sensor technology will be presented live. Especially for commerce, industry and mid-sized companies, these models provide an ideal solution for comprehensive surveillance of expansive areas. Contrary to single-sensor cameras, the multifocal sensor technology supplies a guaranteed constant resolution of at least 125 pix/m. This makes it possible to monitor large areas and distances from one single location, achieving this in real time with consistent resolution, higher dynamics and full depth of focus. “At the trade show we are focussing on using the multifocal sensor technology to show practical, economical solutions for applications for which no solutions at all could have been found in the past with conventional engineering. That’s why an estimated 30 to 40% of projects were never completed,” says Dieter Dallmeier. What’s new this year is an additional pavilion more than 90 m2 in size in which Dallmeier will present various video IP solutions with selected partners. Panomera® Roadshow If users can’t come to Security in Essen, Germany, they shall have the opportunity from the beginning of September to the middle of October to see the Panomera® Truck during the Dallmeier Roadshow through Germany, Denmark, Belgium, France and Switzerland.
The Dallmeier Amarok will travel with the Truck throughout the roadshow and demonstrate a mobile monitoring solution After its resounding successes in the last two years, the Panomera® Truck will take to the road in 2014 as well! Between the beginning of September and mid-October, the Dallmeier roadshow will make stops in Germany, Denmark, Belgium, France and Switzerland. Besides a completely new image for the Truck, this year will also see another début: The Dallmeier Amarok will travel with the Truck throughout the roadshow and demonstrate a mobile monitoring solution. This year, the roadshow will begin officially on 10 September in Bitburg. There, Dallmeier will join with partner Johanns Systemhaus to present the operational capabilities of the Panomera® live in a car dealership. Then, the road leads north for two stops in Denmark (Copenhagen and Fredericia) before the Truck and the Amarok visit the Security trade fair in Essen for a week. After this, they will travel to Brussels, Paris, Lyon and Lucerne on the way to Munich where the roadshow ends in the middle of October. The center of attention will be the new Panomera® models, which will be presented live in the Truck, and which particularly represent the ideal solution for full coverage of large expanses for commercial, industrial and small to midsize enterprises. “The multifocal sensor technology delivers a practicable and cost-efficient solution for many applications for which conventional engineering has failed to provide a solution. That is why in the past an estimated 30 to 40% of projects were never realised at all”,explains Dieter Dallmeier. The Dallmeier roadshow will make stops in Germany, Denmark, Belgium, France and Switzerland This year, the Truck will be “escorted” by the Dallmeier Amarok, which will also serve as a unique platform for presenting a very special solution: mobile video surveillance, with a system that can be set up in an enormous range of circumstances, for temporary use precisely when and where it is needed. The vehicle is fitted with a telescopic mast with built-in Panomera® already installed. The equipment necessary for recording and managing the video images is also available already, in the form of the Smavia Recording Server and the Smavia Viewing Client. Typical areas for use of this mobile solution would be major events such as street demonstrations, political rallies or concerts. This enables streams of visitors to be documented and tracked continuously from transport centers to the event site. The mobile monitoring unit also has a preventative effect, and can help with the investigation of incidents. Dallmeier’s Panomera multifocal sensor technology for commercial and industrial sector, will be on display live at the new showroom Following the successful opening of the Dallmeier solution center at Johanns Systemhaus in Bitburg, Dallmeier can now provide its customers and partners with an on-site showroom in southern Germany. The “Showroom South” at IPPI GmbH was opened with due ceremony in mid-May. IPPI has over 30 years of experience in the planning and installation business. Besides video surveillance, the range of products and services offered by the company includes conference room equipment and professional media technology. IPPI's long list of references includes many customers with extremely stringent requirements from the banking, industrial and authority sectors. In the new showroom, which was opened in mid-May by Dieter Dallmeier together with the IPPI sales team, customers and prospective customers can experience for themselves the user friendliness and open system capabilities offered by Dallmeier video management solutions. A special highlight here is the Panomera® multifocal sensor technology, which represents an ideal solution in particular for the commercial and industrial sector, and will be on display live at the showroom at IPPI. “IPPI attaches great importance to thorough consulting and professional service. Here, the customer receives everything from a single source, from planning all the way through to implementation – this is why IPPI is also an ideal partner for us”, declares Dieter Dallmeier. “With our recently opened solution center in Bitburg, we intend to reach potential customers in the West and Northwest of Germany. Now we wanted to offer our customers in the South of Germany a fully equipped showroom that they could visit more easily.”
