Viking Electronics Inc. introduces the new VE-9x12 series of outdoor enclosures, which provide the ultimate weather protection for users' Viking emergency phones, entry phones, or door boxes.

Constructed of durable UV-stable polycarbonate/ABS composite, these enclosures are intended for years of outdoor service.

VE-9x12 enclosures

Available in Red, Yellow, and Black, the VE-9x12 enclosures are strong and lightweight with plenty of space for mounting Viking or third-party equipment.

Each enclosure features an internal mounting panel to support specific surface mount or flush mount Viking devices. Models without an internal panel are also available, ideal for mounting non-Viking equipment.

Easy installation, additional accessories

Installing the enclosures is easy because mounting holes can be drilled wherever necessary in the chassis. Conduit connections can be drilled out as needed making wiring easily accessible and installing equipment inside the enclosure straightforward.

The VE-9x12 enclosures have a heavy-duty door labeled “Telephone” and feature a gasket seal to keep out even the harshest weather. An optional door return hinge spring (VE-SPG) is available to close the door of the enclosure after use. A push button lock and key set (VE-PBL) is also available if users choose to keep their enclosure locked.
