Travers has extensive experience developing sales strategies and operations for customers ranging from small and medium-sized businesses to some of the largest telecommunication firms in multiple geographic regions.

New responsibilities

Leaning on his 25 years’ experience, Andy will be focused on driving revenue growth for partners and MSPs, prioritizing Sophos’ complete portfolio of Managed Detection and Response (MDR) services and endpoint, network, email, and cloud security.

Sophos solutions work within the Sophos Central management platform, which also enables partners and MSPs to streamline operations for customers and easily handle upgrades, renewals, and much more.

Channel-first approach

Gerard Allison, senior vice president of EMEA, Sophos, added, “Andy’s appointment is another demonstration of our commitment to a channel-first approach."

"The best way to strengthen our MSP and channel partner relationships at the mid-market level is to ensure that partner organizations have the best resources at hand when it comes to defeating cyberattacks, which is what Andy will lead. I’m excited to have Andy on board to maximize his experience and expertise to further Sophos’ growth in EMEA North.”
